Truly Inspirational....About the founder of CERAMIC BAZAAR......!!

Hello friends, after a long time in the midnight with listening songs in my new Samsung Galaxy Fit, I am here again to write something... something about my father, something about my Best buddy, something about my best friend for ever...something about the founder of Ceramic Bazaar...Mr Harkant..)..

So, to start with, he borned in the small village called Lavanpur near Morbi. Brought up in Morbi, after having his B.com Degree, the one time KUSTI CHAMPION  joined the Tiles manufacturing factory where his elder brothers used to work. Well, this factory was owned by all his five brothers jointly. So, more persons into manufacturing side... but no one to sell it.....

However, as he was in creative in his mind and wanted to do something in life his own, he came to Gandhinagsr where his elder sister lived and due to help of her he started a shop of Tiles in Paldi, Ahmedabad..(Which was only 150 sq. ft and that too in rental...). As, he had seen Ahmedabad as one of the emerging city in India..

Well, after staring the shop, he wanted to run it effectively and moreover he had three small childern and a wife to care....so for that he wanted money and for that he wanted orders and for that he wanted to work hard hard and hard.

To be frank, I have never seen a single day where he went to sleep after having a lunch (and that too follows till this age.....).. In his staring struggle period, he used to do travel from Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad.

After doing the same for 3 to 4 years, he bought a home in the area near to his shop. (First step of his success....:)..Well, as i knew he had a lot of pressure at that time as he had to make graduate his three childern.. So, about their education, tution fees.... n many other matters were involved. Still, he faced all the situation very strongly.

He got sucess in not only his personal life..., in proffessional life as well. After started selling Tiles in the small 150 sq. ft rental shop, he quickly adopted it and started buying the shops near to his small shop and convert into a 1500 sq. ft showroom quickly. And, recently, a mammoth 7500 sq. ft showroom.. the first ever in Ahmedabad....

Well, that's not enough, he has made a  big BRAND to his showroom as well. Today if someone talks about Morbi Tiles (now Ceramic Bazaar).... it has been considered as the greatly recommended showroom to purchase home materials. Be it in the QUALITY, PRICE OR SERVICE....

Today the big organizations like; Navratna Organization, Safal Group, Himalaya Group, etc.. are the regular clients of Ceramic Bazaar...Besides the organizations, the big Architects like, Mr. Kamaldas Mangaldas, Mr. Prashantbhai, Mr. Apurva Vakharia. etc.. are the regular clients of Ceramic Bazzar. Besides all these, the concept that he has introduced is awesum....[ The concept about the Bazaar is for all, so you can get the varities from lower price to highest price....considering the first quality material...).

Well, if I share any incidence about my papa (The founder of Ceramic Bazaar)..., in the age of 56 he has still the dedication that he used to work with us from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm..and that too from Monday to Saturday..(I used to get tire sometime while working, however I have never seen him tired. and this is the biggest inspiration, I get from my BOSS...)...

Today, I am happy to announce that we have achieved an approx. turnover of Rs. 45 lacs of month of April and May 2011...which was approx. of Rs. 30 lacs last year period..All credit goes to him only...

In the last I would say that one should always try until he get success...n never look back.....

We also take care for our clients.......!!

 Hello Everyone,

So again after a long time again, I am here to share my views. Actually, there was no any plan to write a blog, but today's incident allowed me to do the same.

It was about 3:30 PM ( 5 / 2 / 2010), I was busy in co - ordinating with Mr. Mustufabhai (one of the client) and suddenly we heard a voice of one of the woman. First it feels a strange voice, but then we realised that she was crying.

So, immediately we rushed to the main gate and saw that one of my client slipped of from the steps while coming to our showroom and there was a bleeding from her head heavily. After seeing that scene, I seriously got nervous and rushed immediately to "Dave" Medical stores (2 min. walking distance from my place) and bought the first - aid kit for her.
Well, seriously I got dumbo...:(. At that moment, I actually realized that I don't know even how to give the proper first aid treatment to the injured person. Thank god my brother and Dilipbhai (one of the employee) was present at that place and they tighted the first aid roll to that lady.

As she felt some kind of relief, we asked her to give any of her relative's contact number. She first denied, but due to our force she gave us a number. So, we called them up and informed them about the status. However, his son (the person whom we had called) was out of Ahmedabad and it was impossible for him to reach here at that time.

Furthermore, at that time also, the bleeding was continuously happening from her head, so we decided to admit her in a near by hospital (Shrusut Hospital).  I took her to the hospital and after having all kind of Doctor treatment I dropped that lady to her home to make sure that she reach her home safely. While dropping her home, I realised that her home was about to RENOVATE and so, she had come to us to buy the HOME MATERIALS.

Truly speaking, we don't know that lady's name yet, but it feels us great that at last we were able to help her in difficult situations.

Now, we only hope that the lady get well soon and come to us soon to BUY HER HOME MATERIAL PRODUCTS.......:P........:).......;)

Summary:-  To Help the people in their difficult period is the first duty of MANKIND.
